345 van Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 345 van website, mobile interface, applications and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by 345 van ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all users, whether registered members or visitors.

By accessing any part of the 345 van Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that using the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or using someone else's account, you are not permitted to do so under any circumstances.

The 345 van Platform provides sports betting, cricket betting, live casino, slots, Andar Bahar and virtual sports products. All products operate on the same set of Terms except where specific product or promotion rules explicitly state otherwise. In case of conflict between these general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules apply to that product only.

These Terms are provided in English. Where a translation is offered for convenience, the English version takes precedence in the event of any inconsistency.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility conditions must all be satisfied to use the 345 van Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 345 van strictly prohibits access by minors and operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, associations and automated accounts are not permitted to hold member accounts.
• You must not be prohibited from using online gaming platforms under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is legal where you are located.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of 345 van or any of its affiliated companies.

345 van reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age and eligibility. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 345 van may restrict or permanently close the account and retain any funds in line with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the 345 van Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, address, phone number, payment method, device or IP address — will be treated as a policy violation. All but one account will be closed, and any balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a date of birth that accurately reflects your actual age.
• The information provided at registration must remain accurate and up to date. You may update contact details through your account settings or by contacting support.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 345 van will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login details.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, notify 345 van support immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

345 van may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or in response to a risk review. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 345 van Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted or processed. 345 van does not apply currency conversion fees.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Accepted methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• Deposits are credited to your 345 van wallet balance immediately in most cases. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside our control.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers clear the same business day in most cases.
• 345 van reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited but not yet wagered at least once may not be withdrawn — this prevents abuse of deposit bonuses and is standard practice in the industry.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 345 van Platform are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules for cricket betting, sports betting, virtual sports, Andar Bahar and slots are displayed within each respective product section and form part of these Terms.

• A bet becomes binding and final at the moment it is confirmed by the 345 van system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where 345 van's own error is the cause of an incorrect settlement.
• 345 van reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure or human input mistake. In such cases, the stake is returned to the member's wallet balance.
• Minimum bet across most markets: Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event and market type — current limits are displayed in the bet slip interface.
• 345 van may limit, refuse or reverse a bet from any member at its discretion, particularly where there is suspicion of match manipulation, arbitrage abuse or misuse of platform errors.
• In-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event or market has been determined — due to data feed delays — are void and stakes are returned.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, suspended or postponed, settlement rules specific to that sport apply. Refer to the sport-specific rules section within the product for full details.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

345 van offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are displayed alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your 345 van bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 15x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different requirement.
• Wagering contributions vary by product: sports betting contributes 100%, slots contribute 100%, live casino and Andar Bahar contribute 20%, and virtual sports contribute 50%. These percentages are subject to change on individual promotions.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonuses are removed without replacement.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per person, household, device, IP address or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash without meeting the stated wagering requirements.
• 345 van reserves the right to withdraw, amend or void any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of system errors, or breach of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 345 van Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account under any identity.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, or using another person's identity to access the Platform.
• Match manipulation: Placing bets with knowledge of, or participation in, the manipulation of the outcome of any event.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies across markets or between platforms in a way that removes genuine risk from bets.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, software tools or artificial intelligence to place bets, harvest data or gain any advantage over other users.
• Payment fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to disguise the origin of funds or pass money through betting activity for any financial compliance purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to share information or act together in live betting or live casino games.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening or harassing 345 van staff, dealers or other platform users through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

345 van reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or match manipulation.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the member against 345 van.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Where an account is closed due to a policy breach, 345 van may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting 345 van support. Self-exclusion closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Standard voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

9. Responsible Gaming

345 van is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following tools are available to all registered members and can be activated at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displayed during sessions summarising time spent and net activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. Already-settled bets still process normally.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently block access to your account. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months. During self-exclusion, 345 van will take steps to prevent you from opening a new account using the same identity.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

By registering on the 345 van Platform you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary:

• We collect data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity and comply with legal obligations.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support.

By using the Platform, you also consent to receiving transactional communications from 345 van (account activity, security alerts, withdrawal confirmations). Marketing communications are optional and can be turned off in your account settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 345 van is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• 345 van is not responsible for losses resulting from platform downtime, data feed errors or interruptions to third-party payment services beyond our reasonable control.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 345 van makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, error-free operation or fitness for any particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms.
• In all circumstances, 345 van's total liability to any individual member is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter where exclusion is prohibited by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

345 van may update, revise or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the new terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

The current version of the Terms is always the version displayed on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the 345 van Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable gaming and commercial laws under which 345 van holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to the jurisdiction specified in our licence conditions.

345 van operates an internal complaints procedure. If you have a complaint, submit it through the support channels listed in Section 14 below. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days. If you remain unsatisfied after our internal process, you may escalate to the relevant licensing authority as directed on our complaints process documentation.
